Scammed by Attitude Seed Bank

Recently placed and order with "the attitude". My package made it to me in under a week. It arrived in my mailbox with green customs tape on it. I opened it up to find an unsigned folded paper from customs. My absurdly big crush proof tin was empty. :cry: When I looked on the back of the package I noticed that the sender left one letter for a signature. Are you kidding me? They were supposed to sign the customs declaration and instead they wrote ONE LETTER!!! I'm quite convinced that this was done on purpose due to their seeds apparently no longer germinating. Rather than giving me bullshit beans they just went ahead and made sure that they wouldn't make it to me at all. I emailed the attitude customer service, they told me to send them pictures and that we could go from there. I made it clear in the first email that it was there fault due to there being no real signature. I later get a response email saying that they aren't going to refund my money because I didn't purchase a shirt. This was definitely there fault, and I think it was intentional. Do yourself a favor and order from a seedbank that isn't PURPOSELY SCAMMING EVERYONE. I told them I was going to expose my problem on every forum I know of, and I am keeping my promise. I feel stupid for not noticing the seedbank section in all of my years of lurking on this forum, had I noticed I would have found all of the threads proving that the attitude is a scam.

All I can say is you get more bees with Honey than Vinegar. I have had shit like this happen with the tude and they made it right....BUT I DIDN'T MAKE IT CLEAR IT WAS THEIR FAULT. I worked with them and they sent me new shit

Have you never worked retail or fast food in your life? When did blaming people ever get you anywhere?

You're a little bit arrogant my friend. That's why you didnt think you needed the guarantee either.
Well, when you're ordering ILLEGAL objects to your country, and you cant take a claim to court, or explain to your credit card company, you might want to try working with the only people on your side, the seedbank.

Apparently no longer germinating? What, just something you heard? It's Attitudes fault that Customs got your shit? This post is a joke, and only an idiot would take it seriously. Where do you live? You got the package in under a week in the USA? Gotta go get my boots on, shit's gettin deep.

you did NOT purchase the gauntee shipping which is a tshirt, mug ect ect thats the ONLY thing youre guaranteed to get by the company. read the terms of useage next time.

so you think they snagged your shit because of the signautre? and now your pissed they wont re send when you didn't purchase the guarantee :dunce:. I make atleast 1 order from the tude a month of atleast $250 and I always get my shit even if customs got the first one.

I find it amazing that these p/o'd @ Attitude newby posters actually imagine they might rally the RIU folks into outrage and boycotts. Especially when they make such persuasive arguments as

I haven't seen any threads claiming the 'Tude was a scam. Quite the opposite, in fact. Have their packages been targeted by Customs lately? Possibly. But that doesn't make them dishonest. They're just as much a victim as you.

I placed an order..mainly to test these claims and bc a much wanted strain was back in stock lol. It came in with np, 8 days since the day they shipped. Oh and that is the same for my past/previous12 orders, they ALL came with NO PROBLEM, okay except the one that got lost in transit somewhere in NY/NJ during Hurricane Sandy, but they were quickly replaced by the Tude! Nothing has changed if you ask me, could this all be a marketing scheme against attitude? It makes ya wonder!

I think the problem is that Attitude fulfills so many orders that some will get fucked up or taken from customs, its simply a numbers game.

Their policy on reship with green tape evidence is great. But they need to improve customer service with consumers who get their package but get a messed up order.

Since there are other seed banks to choose from, I see it necessary for me to use someone else. So far, the other two I have used have sent the packages faster than Attitude ever has, and the orders were exactly as I ordered them.

Be mad at the gov for stealing your stuff or at yourself for not getting the guarantee. They got mine once but I spend the extra $10 to get the guaranteed shipping then the 10% coupon code 420 so it was free guarantee really. Anyways I got my seeds reshipped same address a week later no issues.

So much hate against Attitude when it appears mostly the consumers own fault! Why can't people assume responsibility when it their fault? Guess it is very easy to blame everyone else but yourself, especially when ordering what is considered contraband in the US!

I am placing an order today even though I have plenty of beans for my upcoming crop. Not sure if I should skimp on the guarantee reship or not, I think Ill go non-guarantee to save $$ because I really do not need more seeds at the moment. I just have to see this for myself.

Now I do believe the Customs in Chicago has something going on there from the many confiscated posts read here,

I live in the PNW and don't believe shipping goes thru the windy city.

Im in the Pacific Northwest too, ill make an order tonight and see if these rumors are true. Or is this some new seedbank up and coming trying to steer business away from Attitude. Ill report if I get snagged.

A lot of people are right but a lot of people are also wrong.

As a long time attitude member before they grew into a huge website and renamed their website, I can say with all honesty Attitude has been great to me for over 5+ years. They only fucked me once, and that was a USPS fuck up that they refused to help me fix where USPS put the package in the wrong mailbox and they couldn't find which mailbox they put it in but since the TN# said delivered Attitude refused to help even with the guarantee.

Also people saying they never heard of Attitude packages W/ guarantee being seized just don't read around & haven't experienced it for yourself first hand... I guess call yourself lucky.
The entire summer it was a whole epidemic where peoples seeds (Specifically in the Chicago area) were being seized by customs, but also that customs wasn't following protocol and whoever was seizing them was instead taking them out, replacing the contents with a mint, and a hand written note that said "I hope you enjoy the candy" or something along those lines. I think it has been dealt with now or no one else has come forward since last time I heard of this was in late Aug.

No offense but some people on this board are so stupid, especially you JJ05. There are dozens and dozens of threads talking about getting scammed by the attitude. If anyone is a shill it's you!

For every thread that has an issue with attitude there are probably hundreds of success threads and happy customers.
Shit happens sometimes. It is well known the tude will deal with you up until you either talk germination or start being a dick
to them.

Kinda makes folks wonder if some people are just being dicks as I pointed out quoting you.

On an unrelated note, a post count has nothing to do with someone's IQ. I've seen idiots tarnish people on many different forums simply because they have a low post count. Have some respect, I haven't been able to log into my old account.
