School me in "autos"

Next year I'm planning on running two outdoor crops, the first being a batch of auto flowering ladies. An the second being clones from my indoor. I've run haze auto an one other I can't think of the name right off hand. The haze seemed legit nice an frosty. Im An indica guy but a patient of mine can only do sativas so I'd like a few of sativa autos if there is such a thing lol


My questions to you are-


In your opinion what are some of the most potent autos you have run? What are some of the heaviest yielding autos you've tried? Are there any sativa leaning phenos of autos?

Only grew one, Will never waste my time again or space for that matter. Was a freebie from the tude.
No reason not to just grow a fast indica.Really terrible yield ~20 grams of shit that didn't get you high but caused a headache. I now under stand the hate towards these hemp plants because That's all they are. Not worth the water time or ground space. Fuck em

autos--ruderalis.....will always dumb down your potency

my first experience w ruderalis yrs ago was people crossing it into their strains to get an early crop

that helps to finance your mother garden for harvest
you can get a crop off by august so you have $ to pay trimmers come the real harvest time

i have seen folks ruin their 20-30 yr seed crops by crossing ruderalis into it tho-

try and make your own if you can....thats the beauty of ruderalis....

--their is an auto flower seed vendor here in mich (??) that is pretty well known for some of his auto strains-
-cant come up with his name right off...someone here knows

couple of his autos were pretty impressive...i got to try the finish and was amazed at how good he got it!

he would be your best source imo....thats all he plays w and he is proud of it and good at what he does

Perhaps you learn to grow a little better before just downing these plants. Headaches are most likely from you not flushing your plants, and if you did flush them, you didn't flush them enough...

MDanzig is the auto MI breeder. Grew out the sour60 before...was good for an auto. Autos are fun to play with but if you are looking for auto tree that has OG potency, it just doesn't exist.

check online seed banks. most breeders now have autos in their selections. alot with sativa or high %sativas.

almost all have some indica in it. they are nice in the fact theres no light swap, flowering times are exact, usually very hardy plants.

down side is that ruderalis have no-or low thc and most crosses have 12-18% thc.

donts - no fimming, trimming, topping. (they dont have a long enough veg time)
dos- lst, scrogs, sogs. (does not cause harm to the plant)

always flush and do a proper cross over on nutes. veg nutes for veg. (first 7-21 days usually) mix 50/50 veg/bloom nutes for a week to 10 days. bloom nutes only after that till flush.
flush is usually a week from harvest. if you can then give them a dark period at the end for 24-48 hours to use up all stored energy.

My strain Spyder will probably suit your needs, it holds its own against non auto's all of the time, including OG's

While I am still learning the ropes to growing cannabis I've been gardening for Well over a decade.
Plus your comment alone brings doubts to your own set of knowledge as flushing isn't for "cleaning your weed for headaches" but for correcting over fertilisation and nute lockout. Besides haven't had any other strain as shitty as that auto with headaches from none of my other plants.
I was only offering my experience, take it out leave it.

If you believe that is all flushing is for, then that is why you are getting headaches. You have to flush a plant for the last few weeks to get all chemicals out of the plant that you don't want there for harvesting.

Smoking chemicals gives u a headache, not the weed itself.

thats the guy allright....but he has a name for his seed co and i cant remeber it...he is online available too-

this guy brings 'A' game autos to the front of the line...

talked with him for hrs at a couple cannabis events before they pushed us all back in the shadows...

best time was the medication bus at the medicating area for the rosstertail event a year or so ago-

this guy makes ruderalis seem like a strain...very knowledgable and an encyclopedia for ruderalis

....unless you dont use those bottled synthesized chem ferts everyone is stuck on-

pure organic grown erb uses mostly just water and needs no flush....
--you are flushing water thru the plant the wholetime until its finished

I had a great experience with Lowryder 2. It worked well to plug holes in my production due to the fast finish and was plenty potent. People typically cannot call it when I'm torched, but I got more than one remark that I looked really stoned. The downside is the poor yield.

Growing them for seed can make you a few bucks, or are a great way to overgrow. Fill the ditches.

Yeah because there is nothing wrong with taking someone else's work and making a few dollars right. This has got to be one of the only industries were being a thief is praised and rewarded. If you want to use someones work to help create something of your own that is fine, but making copies of someones work and selling them is stealing. Sorry for the rant but the lack of integrity in this scene is mind blowing.

the only way to roll with autos is to make seed...for personal use. I have 6 different varieties of autos in seed form...some are my own mixes while others are the likes of Lowryder2 & Sour60. I wouldn't sell the later...hell I probably wouldn't sell any. Give away is another story altogether. It is bad etiquette to take someone's work and whore it out.

BTW would love to try some spyder but I'm done sending cash overseas. Where can we grab locally?

so i buy a clone and take clones from that and pass those along makes me a thief?? wtf
