No, gringo, that's the purpose of the regulation. If you have a billion dollars and choose to renounce your citizenship, it becomes much harder to come to the United States, regardless of the fact that you have a billion dollars.

where is thetoolwoman to say he should be on a watch list?

saying we should bomb congress is a much more serious type of thing than saying that all americans should have equal first amendment rights, which is what landed me on his little watch list.

If they haven't come after me for $120k worth of pot grown illegally, I doubt they'll come after me for suggesting a ballot initiative. This isn't some third-world country like, say, Columbia.
