Screen replacement in a whip.

I just finished cleaning my vaporizer whip and changing the screen.It took me almost a hour of screwing with it to go in.Anyone have a easy way of doing it.
I used everclear to clean it,and i have the goop evaporating.Anyone smoked the resin from a vape whip before.OPH
