Scrog and flush

heres another one of my inherently weird questions I seemingly can't wrap my head around.
Wanting to be prepared, I picked up netting to eventually use for a scrog. Looking at pictures and reading about it. It really makes sense. What I have not seen or heard about is how you untangle it all to flush it here and there. I know some say don't flush, others say flush. I have to assume that at least 50% of people who use a scrog do also flush.
Can somebody elaborate how to not stress the shit out of the plants getting them in and out of the netting or how to flush them while they're in there?
I have yet to see anything on that.

I think people can duck under to get to their pots?
I'm in an aero tub and I can easily access the res.
I do try to be careful not to bump into my net...

I should have probably mentioned that I grow in soil.
In your setup it's definitely easy, yes.

Use a long handle watering stick, and a small pump.
I've thought about that. Now I'm thinking it's gonna be a huge pain in the ass. Specially with smart pots, since I gotta get the 20% runoff out from under them too every single watering. Or any other type of pot, for that matter. I'm probably making it unneccissarely complicated in my head.

I sit my pots on saucers and if they take 24 hrs to drink the extra its not a big deal. Or water them a little at a time, and wait half an hour and water them some more. They realy like to dry out in between watering too. Peace, be safe MD.
