Scrog Method with CFL ?

Does anyone have any pictures of their scrog grow using CFL? I am trying to decide SOG, LST, SCROG. I want to use the most effective way. Any help on this appreciated

if you are using cfl's then I would supercrop

Thanks to both of you. I didn't know where to go so thanks. I'm not sure if I can supercrop with soil but I will do research. Thanks again

scrog and lst and different forms of the same thing. I like lst. With sog you can harvest a plant or even many every week but you would need a veg room and flower room

I would scrog or lst. Check my sig for a lst'd white widow under 157w cfl.
