scrogging short plants?

Hey everyone I need to flip my plant into flower this week but I wanted to scrog her. My problem is she just won't grow much in height but every day she is just getting bushier and bushier. She is in her 7th week since seed. I am running 250w hps with a mh bulb for veg. She is also receiving advanced nutrients (jungle juice) every week. Her temp is always around 74-78 and humidity around 50%. I want to get her into flower by the end of the week. Will scrogging her still be possible without much height?. .ImageUploadedByTapatalk1441637463.461398.jpg

But aren't you suppose to set up the scrog and start weaving her before putting her into flower? If not how long into flower can she go before I start the scrog?

I never have, although you could. I put the screen over the plant as low as I can, then put into flower. Keep tucking the branching under the screen just for the two week stretch, and then leave her to do her thing. Don't forget a plant is going to be twice it's size when finished...:bigjoint:

Start during the end of veg I suggest. Set up the SCROG before going under HPS. I'M SAYING THIS AIMED AT FIRST TIMERS! They are asking so KISS. Many SCROG from the time the plant gets any height and starts developing thick foliage.

The HPS will cause her to stretch like a miracle. From the almost the start. Be ready and then you can gently train her in it.

Ok so I can put the screen low to the plant. I saw a lot of posts where people are saying to allow 12 inches of space between the plant and screen to allow watering and getting under the canopy. My plant is not even 12 inches tall and unless I put her into flower I don't see her growing a whole lot in height
