Sea bird and Bat guano.....?

Hi I am thinking of going organic.... I hear peruvian seabird guano is good for veggie and liquid Bat guano for budding. Can you guys give me any good suggestions on usage of the two and how to use? also what soil would you guys suggest to use without over fert?
