sea of green hydro questions

i grow sea of green hydroponically in the 18 gall roughneck containers. i have misters set up and air stones, each container will hold 8 plants. my last grow i pulled 6 ounces after it was dry and the buds were huge 15 inches tall and wide as someones forearm. now i tried this again same setup same nutes same strain of weed. this time im lucky to get an ounce and half off it. cant figure out why not consistant. should i start vegging the rooted clones for a little while before putting them under the 600 watt hps? i run my 600 watt hps on 12 hrs all time and run sea of green hydroponically with roughneck tubs. any suggestions or help? thanks

I would start by thinking if you changed anything at all. Are your air stones new for this grow or did you rerun them? are you misters still spraying? Are these from the same mother plant? Strains are all different and many (all probably) have phenotypes, which is of course different strains of a strain, therefore will respond differently. This is of course one of the issues with sog, you must know your strains very well, to know veg time etc. That is where i would start.

yes all equipment and setup same. also all clones taken from same mother plant . think i need to figure out the veg time like you said

Could be cause it is winter or your light is losing it's stuff.
