Take your UK tracking number and hike to the USPS web site. Search for their online customer service form. Fill it in. I have done so twice. Both times jarred the order loose and I got both within 4 days. 3 days on the first one. Then they email you a link asking you to take a survey. I did and said they all were swell fellows. All my seeds in both orders arrived. One was an order from Attitude as loose as their shit is and it still arrived intact. The other from SOS. They always arrive intact.

Good news I received my order today from S.O.S ordered on 7/3/2013 arrived in Brisbane Australia 11/3/2013 and were at my front door the next day 12/3/2013.

ATTENTION: All people ordering to Australia DO NOT order with stealth. Order in plain envelope. As Brisbane customs are onto the seed company's stealth methods.

I cannot stress enough please use standard delivery methods NOT STEALTH.

Update: So they were out of what I ordered. Nothing out of the ordinary this happens. They promptly offered me a replacement or refund. answered all my emails and my new order is on its way. If a problem happens they will take care of it. will order from again.

I too ordered from them here in the states. I cannot say enough to how great they really are! This is the only place I will order from, super stealth, great communication, and top quality. Even their freebies are awesome, the autos I got for free are crazy growing fools! You can trust this company, and that says alot considering what you have to deal with buying anything from people these days. Put it this way, I bought a PH meter off ebay from one state away, bought my seeds the same day. My plants are two weeks old and I still haven't got my ph meter from ebay! Enough said.

My only experience with them is a friend dropping a lot of money on his first order (dumbass didnt ask me where to go) and recieving, out of 6 single picknmix seeds, a single one which wasnt crushed.

It absolutely stumps me how people still order from them.

Iv placed an order on sunday, got the sagepay? order processed email.
i still have not recieved any other email from them, i emailed them asking if it had been shipped yet. NO REPLY. that was yesterday.

so far attitude beats them in customer service. they could at least send an email to let me know what is going on. not impressed at all.
 
They don't email u until they ship the parcel...relax, usually it is 3-4 days after placed order before email..then 3 days later it is in your mailbox.
