3 weeks ago i ordered from seaofseeds and 7 days later i received my box .. with my mug ( stealth gift ) and my seeds . BUT , My main order '' 5x blue invader auto's '' was open .. seeds came in little plastic bucket but the bucket was open and my seeds were in the bottom of the mug...

2 of the 5 seeds were cracked and i tryied to germinate the 3 other one and nothing to do..

What should i do?

It really sucks because with the mug and the shipping i paid around 80$ and beside the freebies i have nothing ...

Canada and ordering from across the pond, eh? Email SoS and tell them your souvenirs were damaged.. Don't mention anything about germination, take pics, and direct them to this thread. Good luck.

Lol you're right ! but seriously i will just be honest and tell them what happen ... If they have a good customer care they will understand !

As a grower i need a place to order seeds and they know that if they give me good service i'll buy from them again and again so everyone is a winner by the end.

seedbanks clearly state in their disclaimers if they suspect customers are germinating their seeds in illegal countries, they'll refuse your business and wont help.

relax buddy, lifes hard but internet rage aint the solution

I would just message them, let them know you received broken merchandise. Like you posted here, let em know the container was open and the souvenirs were loose and damaged. I'd be surprised if they didn't work with you, they seem like one of the more reputable companies.

I don't see how directing them to a thread from a pot growing website is going to help the situation, but I would definitely email them and tell them your souvenir seeds were damaged during shipping. Sending some pictures along showing the broken breeder pack wouldn't hurt either. Like already stated, don't mention ANYTHING about germination and throw the word "souvenir" in there a few times. Be polite and hopefully they will replace the order.

I had some minor issues with sea of seeds... What I did and I recommend is: Wake up real early one day, when its like 9-930am in the UK. Pick up your phone and CALL sea of seeds. The guy who answers is the guy who runs the company and he is very nice and will most likely work with you. He took care of my problem in less than a day... don't mention germination!!! Just say damaged.
