How can I seal up my closet for CO2 enrichment but still be able to get in and out of there.

you can seal your door as long as you are able to exhaust the heat.

So, I don't have to create a tent like structure in there for the CO2 to work ?

white/black/white mylar will work best to cover up your closet ,it will also keep out/in light leeks , The silver milar will work for you also the white/black/white just works better you could make a grow tent with this stuff ,

I just use tacks for keeping mine up it works best for me because theres a door also , If you can get velcro strips the would prob. be best i think Ps ....Ive only shoot people with a Spud gun when im high man , Im to high to be violent haha The name done really mean i kill , i for got this was a U.S site thou and they shoot up every were when they get high lmao goodluck with the grow.......SHOOT2KILL...cool name. Thanks for the info. Yeh I didn't think you were a killer just cause your user name was SHOOT2KILL. It made me think of an AC DC song. I'm sure there are people all over the world who get fucked up and shoot things up. I'm not one of them. Also, I think handling a fire arm anytime other than when you are stone cold sober is dangerous.
