Sealed room with Sentinel CHHC-4 quesitons ****Sentinels users please help*****

Did anyone ever figure out the deal with two type of outlets on the CHHC-4? I'm also seeing the black and blue plugs around the internet. I know now from this thread the blue plugs are the ones I need, but can you adapt the CHHC-4 to both out of the box?

I have one and it's just a 120V standard A/C outlet. Maybe they made a special UK model since the two sideways prongs in the picture would indicate 240V.
