If you Google SOG and add RIU you will get the info you want, google is a great way to search this forum

I don't do sog but a lot of growers here do, for a basic understanding of everything you can read my noob advice thread, I ran a class there and all the answers are there

the sea of green only means you are going to have lots of smaller plants instead of bigger plants, so grow them to the right size and flower! remember they will grow another foot after you flower them
