Second attempt 12/12 Dro Gro Cfl

Hello RIU friends! This will be my second attempt at a CFL grow. The first was relatively simple but not very fruitful since i only ended up wit a single MALE plant . This next grow will be three bag seeds from dro grown in an organic soil mix from home depot, and am considering 12/12 from seed due to time restrictions. Sorry no pics yet. As soon as these three seeds germinate I'll post a pic of them in their home. I currently have two 23 or 27 watt 2700 bulbs, and one 42 watt. Im planning on probably replacing the two 23's with a daylight 42, or do you guys think it would be best to keep it in for supplemental lighting? Hopefully by friday i'll have the 42 watt daylight bulb three seeds germinated and planted, and I might germinate for possibly 2 weeks before cutting down the light. All comments appreciated!

42 watts are good my friend but 68 oh damn lol i use 2 68 and 1 42 watt cfls,works great im curently doing 12/12 from seed on week 2 of flowering all oranic,im sorry to hea ur plant was a male that sux ,this time i was luck and germinated seeds all health 1 male lol, what strain are you growing do you know?

well one of the seeds was gotten from a guy who gave it to me when he was selling purple haze (doubt it but sure looked purply yummy) O.G and a couple uknown "kush" (doubt that too) the other seed is from a friend who got weed from Humboldt he was sellin sour diesel, romulan, and trainwreck but the seed was either romulan or diesel.
No sprouts yet, but hopefully it will get under way. my friend gave me a couple dro seeds hes been saving but i think they might be too old. Bout how long they good for yall think? Either way I'll be adding more light to the mix tomm so i'll have pics up

also just a side note I got a surprise in my grow room I'm trying to grow don't wanna get ne1's hopes up untill it sprouts but lets just say I could make sum good bagels

i got a seed to germinate that i had for a little over 6 months i heard seeds have a pretty long shelf life. BTW everyone calls the 20 a g stuff "dro" in my area too. It's funny because dro actually stands for hydro which is just the method of growing...and has nothing to do with kind of weed. And that SUCKS you got a male i'm doing a one plant grow right now, and i can't even imagine how pissed off i would be if it turns into a male. hopefully you have better luck this time around

yea Dro just kinda became excepted vernacular for the good stuff. kinda like Kush for the ghetto guys ( even though its prob hardly ever from a kush strain) I was a lil pissed bout the male, but the grow experience was fun, and I turned him into honey oil
Got shorted on some money today guys dont know if i'll be able to get that other light today or not but if i do I'll post it up.
The Good thing bout start from 12/12 will be i won't have to waste so much time and then end up with a bunch of males. I should be able to weed them out fairly quickly. What would be some of the disadvantages of 12/12 from seed besides just a smaller plant? would it be worth it to veg for a couple weeks?

depends on how much room you have if you have room then veg for a couple of weeks if your like me and under a stressed amount of time just grow more plants and 12/12 it from the start

No actually they did not
I didnt mean to abandon the thread. The seeds came out of dro pounds so im thinking mabye they were unfertile? either way angry evil ex roomate came through an busted all my lights an took all my other various things so sorry bout the dissappointment believe me i was looking forward to it too

This is by no means the end for me however, and i will return with full force youll see
