Second attempt on bag seed

So i decided to create a grow journal.... Comments and suggestions for MY GROW or even criticism ( for all you haters )are allowed but i please ask you not post any questions regarding your grow/ your inquisitive side. Thank you for checking me out Hopefully i can get something out of this, this time around.

Edit: Additionally i would like to add its probably small due to the fact i have not given it any nutes yet / thinking of keeping it "Natural", Yeah i understand the nutes are natural anyways but its my grow...my way

My grow area... Last picture is the container i germinate all my seeds in.

A month old? Damn, that's a tiny plant (but it's all relative I suppose). I know this goes without saying, but you're wasting your time, bagseed or not, by using an incandescent bulb. It's pretty rough on energy too if you were ever to use more. Why not replace this bulb with a single 27W CFL? I will be making a better set up soon, I had no job for the past 3 months so i had no money to really buy anything. I just got a job and my first check is friday so with the leftover money i got (if any) i will be buying more lights etc...
