UPDATE:
This one is going to be a long one, but here it is and as always the pictures will follow!
3-7-09
* Update was late by 2 days. I was busy picking and prepping an outdoor plot. Plot located and prepped off of property, unowned by anyone. Cover is great. Plants will receive at least 8 hours of direct sunlight per day for their vegging cycle. Plants will blend into surrounding areas quite easily. Access is guarded by mosquitoes, ticks, and dense patches of thorns. Water is on sight as well. Existing soil was tilled with a mix of potting mix, blood meal, perlite, RICH EARTH and vitamins. When plants are transplanted, more potting mix will be added to help ensure a comfortable transition to the outdoors. Security measures will be taken to protect plants from pests. Need to look into when the last frost of the year will be.
* Plants will begin their first night of 12/12 light cycle tonight. I'm doing it now so I can weed out the males and begin cloning the females for even better yield chances. I may keep the biggest, strongest male(s), it's still undecided.
*Took a clone from my Mint Mother today as well. If clone takes, it will be grown outdoors. Mint is a hard plant to clone, very slow in the process. She takes awhile to form roots. Last time I cloned her I did so in soil. This time around she is being rooted in straight water.
Now for the rest of the Plants.
*BLACK DOMINA: 2 Plants. Topped plant is largest Plant. New growth is forming at topped location. 2nd Plant has increased in size. Good steady growth. Plants begin 12/12 this evening. So I will hold off on veg nutes until AFTER they have shown sex. Expect to see any males by next Saturday. Still watering every 3-4 days.
*WHITE WIDOW FEMALE: 3 Plants. Growth has increased on all 3 Plants since last update. Slowly gaining in size. Again probably due to overcrowding. But I expect explosive growth once transplanted. May consider putting 2 plants outdoors. Since I have limited indoor space and limited light output. Tho She's an indoor strain, she may fair quite well outdoors. Watering every 3-4 days. Nutes will until AFTER sex shows for others.
*ARMAGEDDON: 3 Plants. 2 Plants are tall and bushy. Overshadowing the 3rd, smaller Plant. However, all 3 are looking great. Beginning first night of 12/12 tonight. Expect to see any males by next Saturday. Keeping males still undecided. Good, healthy growth. Stinks like a bag full of sweaty clothes. Expecting to ee AMAZING from these outdoors. Will be cloning females for mother and clones. Watering every 3-4 days. Nutes will wait until AFTER sexing occurs.
*EL NINO: Smallest and sickest Plant has completely pulled thru. New growth and healthy. Plants are filling out nicely. Very green. First night of 12/12 tonight. Expect to see males by next Saturday. Keeping males still undecided. Nutes will wait until AFTER sex shows. Expecting beautiful growth after outdoor transplant. Nice stink to them already. Watering every 3-4 days.
*NEVILLE'S HAZE: 2 Plants. One word- BEAUTIFUL! Both plants are roughly the same height and age. Very bushy. Strong steady growth. I expect this plant to do amazingly after transplant. First night of 12/12 tonight. Expect males to show by next Saturday. Keeping males is still undecided. Will clone females. Nutes will wait until after sex shows. Watering every 3-4 days.
*MILLENNIUM: 3 Plants. 2 staying short and bushy. Largest plant is tall and a bit stretchy. Even with lowered lights, it still seems to stretch. I put this one on some LST to lower it so I can get the other 2 to catch up to it. But growth is still steady and healthy. Very nice stink on them as well. First night of 12/12 tonight. Expect to see any males by next Saturday. Expecting these plants to do great outdoors. Will clone females. Nutes will wait until after sexing. Watering every 3-4 days.
*LIGHTNING: 2 Plants. One Plant is tall and stretched. Continues to stretch even AFTER lights were lowered. Put this one on LST to let the others catch up to it. 2nd Plant is short and bushy. Both Plants are healthy and strong. Expect good results after outdoor transplant. Will clone females for mother and clones. First night of 12/12 tonight. Expecting males if any by next Saturday. Keeping males still undecided. watering every 3-4 days. Nutes will wait until after sex shows.
*MINT MOTHER: Will be removing her from grow room while others sex. She is extremely bushy and beautiful. Very healthy and strong. Clone taken today. If clone roots it will be planted outddors to see wherre she performs best. Still watering every 3-4 days with regular water. Will start her nutes at same time as others.
*I found seeds that had germed in my bag of potting mix. Didn't expect to see that. I don't know what they are. If they survive, I'll let them grow out and compare them to what I have. Possibly Red Devils??? But could be any of the others as well.
*Need to build a clone room and flower room. The future set ups will be AMAZING!
