Second grow due to first grow fail

They were watered few hours before the pic, the soil dries out fairly quick I have alot of perlite in there, I water 1 time a day "24h" I did some slits all around the containers mostly on the bottoms.
Is my soil drying too quickly and causing some sort of underwatering effect?
3 plants in 5gals too much for 3x3? What would you recommend? I plan on vegging them for 2weeks more thx

Day 24 from sprout.
Got some better soil, Promix seedling starting mix with mycorrhizae and dolomite lime, added some extra perlite.
Transplanted them in 1.5 gallons two days ago.
Gave them some Rubicon fish emulsion 2-3-0 2mil in 2 liters, half the recommended dose.

Might of gave them slightly too much water after I watered them in their new pots, they drooped alot but they're picking back up and the soil is starting to dry outIMG_20220424_183549357.jpg

Day 28:
Can see alot of Roots coming out the bottom in the 1.5gal pots.
Just watered them with tap water.
Misted the leaves 2 days ago with Epsom salts.

The top part of the plants looks very droopy not sure why, they were like this before watering..

Yellowing of the single blade leaves and starting to go up to the 3 blade leaves.

I gave them a very diluted amount of 2-3-0 fish emultion at 1/3 few days ago because I thought this was a Nitrogen deficiency but they are still yellowing. Should I increase nute strength? Or is this something else than N?
ThanksIMG_20220428_112142099~2.jpgIMG_20220428_133209340.jpg

33 days from sprout. And I need some info and advice. I messed up big time I don't know what happened to them, I haven't watered them since last post and one of them started to show black brown spots on leaves and drying. I foliar fed with Epsom and a tiny amount of K cause I thought it was a deficiency and it didn't help
I accidently broke a plant by bending it so I rushed and just cloned it 3 days ago and it took so it's ok I guess...
Light is far enough and the temperature was about 26 C in the closet.

I hope they still give me something to smoke :/IMG_20220503_194532280~2.jpgIMG_20220503_194542450~2.jpg

Day 37 they look really droopy and sad growing slow and twisted and some yellow fading and the plant I accidentally broken the edges are yellow too very slow growth

Am I just overwatering? Is it weak genetics? My last grow wich was my first one was auto and got low yield but I gave them plenty of water and grew looking fine.

Soil bit moist foilar fed Epsom salt
Should I just forget them for a few days IMG_20220507_222215464_HDR~2.jpg

Day 40 update; I'm unable to add pictures at the moment but I just forgot about them and they are doing alot better now.

Just waiting for them to fill the 1.5gallon pots and then I will transplant in 3 gallon pots with an extra week of veg to recover then flip to 12/12.

I guess I was overdoing them with water, and now I see why over watering is such a common mistake because it's very easy to overdo it....

Thanks to you guys for the help so far!

Suggest getting rid of the hard sided containers. You have poor watering habits and the plastic containers are working against you.
