I am seeing a lot of bud sites over the past 5 days....I only vegged for 3 weeks or so due to wanting to keep them small. How long after seeing the bud sites until I will see real growth? Also is it Ok moving then outside for 5 hours of the 12?

Two of them just showed sex 3-4 days ago. The other two showed 7-8 days ago so will there really be that much growth in buds yet?

Yea, most likely they were still vegging although you flipped em. Hence the reason they look a little behind. Being in your situation, you are fine right where your at. Keep it up and you'll have some bud in a month or two!

So even though I flipped a little early they will still catch up and grow fine right? Stems are really strong and bottom branches are really booming. Just expected the buds to be slightly bigger and more defined

Your plants are fine! I was just saying if you flip to 12/12 and the plant decides It's still too immature to flower, it will continue to veg during 12/12 until mature enough to flower. You are probably more like a week or so in flower.
