Second Grow - Peanut Butter Cake & Watermelon Zkittlez

Thought I would try some new strains for this grow, my first grow - White Widow, hermed and seeded. On this grow I have decided not to defoliate so heavy and just see how it goes. I did the lower branches when I flipped and some random here and there, but nothing heavy.
My thoughts are the more leaves, the more light the plant can soak up and send to the buds.
The Peanut Butter Cake really crammed the tent - what a bushy plant!
The Watermelon Zkittlez are two weeks behind for reference. I started this journal late so I'll dump some photos now. Currently on Week 3/4 of flower on the Cake and week 2 of flower on the Zkittlez.
One cake was 2 weeks earlier than the other 3 so I used it for clones.
4x4 tents, SF4000 lights, FF Ocean soil.

Been plucking nanners as I spot them. I think it's still too early to notice any seeds forming if they are going to.
PB Cake tent is smelling nice now. Going to test PH and EC runoff (which I have not been doing) next watering to see if that contributed to nanners.
I did notice that the tent was not fully sealed - there was light leaking out of it from the rear cord port, and a top vent hole. I sealed them up as well.

Peanut butter cake is a thug pug copycat.
or they white labeled by backcrossing mendo and dosi to pbb. That’s prolly why your having issues. Quick profit move on the breeders half. While thugpug is soaring with quality.

I got White Widow from them as well, which also seeded. Now , I'm new so it could be my fault with over fertlization, light leaks etc so I can't totally blame them, but next time I'll be running clones from a local breeder.

Chopped the PB cake today - I did notice a few seeds - NOTHING compared to my white widow that hermed last time - I’m hoping that it stays that way and I don’t notice a ton when it’s dried.
also the pb cake is nowhere near as sticky or smelly as the widow was.
The watermelon Zkittlez are coming along real nice

Trimmed and bagged the PB Cake last night. We did have seeds, maybe 1/3 or 1/2 had some seeds in them after the herming in the tent. Ended up with a little under 3/4 of a pound in trimmed bud and between 1/4-1/2 lb of larf/shake/seeded popcorn nugs for infused hot sauce.
I wouldn't grow this strand again - definately nowhere near as nice as the white widow was in terms of stickiness and potency.
The Watermelon Zkittlez however looks amazing, I'll probably grow it again.

Chopped 3 of the Zkittlez and left the 4th for a while longer.
PB Cake is dried and cured enough to smoke- I have to say it is not very strong in potency. Kinda surprised honestly and I have not much of a tolerance.

So the pbcake smokes like shit - so I took it and got it tested. Thanks Cropking for sending me CBD seeds instead.
