yes it already is legal just only on state level and in certain states..Its still considered illegal in federal law which is our main issue right now. If we can beat the federal government then we will have it fully legalized,taxed and be sold at the local grocery.shit i cant wait for that lol ill need a bigger yardi wonder if it will ever be legal
