SECOND GROW

Longtime no see/Talk Guys. As of right now I am growing “TheTallOne”Tangerine dream and NYSD is the short one “TheRunt”. Started flowering at the Beginning of June. I’m pretty impressed about the growth of my plants BC my PH meter broke before I started flowering and they R still doing FANTASTIC. But my question is: Is it a good Idea to trim SOME of the fans Leaves OR branches to increase my yield or let them grow

I usually defol the bigger leaves that block the direct light to the buds. Since you’re a good bit into flower, I wouldn’t go crazy or anything. 3-6 fan leaves and you probably won’t even notice her stressing.

Is it a good chance that it will increase the yield?

No. The plant either needs some help because of some bushiness or tight node spacing, or its ok. Dont think of it as increasing yield so much as insuring it stays healthy.

Your plants are lanky and will do just fine not changing anything. Dont mess with a good thing!

No. Removing the solar panels (leaves) that the plants use to collect light for creating energy for itself to grow will not increase yield. Looks like you're under some sort of blurple light, so you really need all the help you can get to begin with.

It's not the buds that collect and process the light, it's the leaves. Therefore, removing fan leaves so the buds get more light makes no sense.

So I just purchased Beastie Bloomz & Cha-Ching. And with my ladies having 2wks til Flush and 2wks from then til OFFICIAL harvest is it OK for me to still use 1 or both of the Ferts from HereOnOut? They R currently running Under 2LED lights /600w n 1000w. Sprouted Apr. 6th
