Second Organic Grow

Hey guys im about to start my second grow using nothing but organic nutes. Im using Roots organic potting soil (6cu ft.) and to that im adding a bag of alaskan humus (.5 cu ft) 10 pounds of EWC and perlite.
Im growing 2 auto flowering strains. How long before i start making teas?
Im thinking of feeding with teas and/or top dressing but not sure.
I have more EWC, Compost, kelp meal, Azomite powder, Mycorrizhae, high P guano, Myco Chum.
Do i need anything else. Any suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated as i still have a LOT to learn

AACTs do more for increasing microbial activity than they do to actually provide nutrients to the plant. In my experience you need to amend and recycle the soil a few times before your mix reaches that supernatural status where you can pretty much go water only. Wait til they get some nodes on them before starting a tea regiment but you can give teas at any stage of growth. They will need it more in mid to late veg phase and early flowering; especially a few weeks after the flip or a couple weeks after your autos start blooming. Top dressing with EWC does much the same thing as compost tea just its just slower...time released. Teas are already soluble; ready to get to work immediately. Guano is good for brewing in a tea along with some kelp, EWC, and molasses. Really ups the bacteria levels; foams up like a bubble bath.
i like using organic fertilizers in addition to the mineral inputs and compost in my mix. Check out Charlie's compost; good quality chicken shit and you only need about 2 tblspns per container to get your plants a super deep lush green. Just don't get too crazy it can give your plants the claw if used too heavy. I also recommend using a liquid fish fertilizer like neptunes harvest. Any brand will work but the neptunes has seaweed added; smells like low tide but works great. Gives the leaves a healthy shine. It can be given at 1 tsp per gal or added into a tea.

But increasing the microbial activity indirectly increases the amounts of available nutrients over time as the bacteria and fungi start to decompose the organic material or am i just wrong?
Thank you for the tips my friend.
Why do you suggest that the neptune's harvest is necessary? Do you recommend adding dolomite lime to the soil or does the roots organic have enough?

Neptunes harvest is the only bottle nute I would consider using.
There are tons of great soil mixes on here.
My current not perfect but works great one is in my journal.
You also are not wrong in your thinking.
I wise grower feeds the soil not the plant.
Cheers :)

Correct. Neptunes harvest is certainly not mandatory it's just that usually until you recycle it a few times your mix might need a boost; especially if it's been awhile since the last transplant. Any brand will work btw but neptunes is the best I've seen. Liquid fish emulsion is an easy way to get soluble NPK delivered to your containers without resorting to using a synth nutrient. That way if you see your plants getting pale you can instantly make them happy again.
In organics you have to sorta give them what they need before they need it. If your roots organic soil is fresh from the bag it's fine as it is. When you want to recycle the soil for the next run then you can toss in some lime along with any other amendments you want to add. Then it should set for 30 days to "cook" before using again. This is to normalize the ph after adding minerals, compost, NPK inputs, etc.

How often you make teas depends heavily on pot size, and type of genetics ran.. and whether your EWC is fresh diy, or store bought junk.. if store bought I would inoculate a pail / pile of compost and ewc with your kelp, neem (missing) and minerals.. I prefer basalt and gypsum and GRD and SRP over azomite though..

I also see you have 2 myco products? I would use the one that has more endo species like the glomus types. ecto types dont penetrate the root cells.. but thats best to establish before the mix is too strong or rich in P as that will hinder a natural (highly beneficial) infection from occurring

I prefer guano free herb but if skipping basalt you may want it for a late boost in a tea, especially if Peruvian

Again though, I would start to mellow some base off to the side so its more ready once you feel like topdressing. And I would make a more robust aeration mix.. perlite alone will lead to compaction and issues in time. Its my least fav. But you can still grow dank in it til then. Just be careful to rinse it first, the dust is potentially cancerous / dangerous to breathe and clogs the soil if ignored.

Cheers tho, @MoñasApestosas, congrats for the switch over to the good side :) We be rooting for ya. Check us out if you ever have problems.. we have a FAQ thread in the organics section welcome to all..

My EWC is not diy, it is Bovine Thermo Vermicompost, 20 lbs total. Myco Chum is not used to inoculate soil but more for feeding the bennies in it. It contains Molasses, Humid Acids, Kelp and Fish emulsion. Im using Great White as my Myco inoculant. The guano is Budswell 0-7-0 Guano. 2lbs total. I have a Whole cubic foot of Humus. Is the neem necessary? Don't i have enough Nitrogen or is the neem used for something else.
I really appreciate all of those who have chimed in to help.
I send lots of Love from the tropics.
