Second seedling is going wrong...

Same thing for germination, I have always used the paper towel trick and just used the heat mat and solo cup or starter cup for start?
I do appreciate the advise on over thinking things, but after a lot of research if you want a premium product you have to use all techniques to your advantage? Now saying that, I agree 100% I over think things way to much lol. I will try the leaving a five galling pail for a few days though to eliminate the chlorine, that makes perfect sense to me.
I feel you man. I totally understand that you want to grow the best product. That being said, if you’re having a hard time germinating and getting seeds into veg then you want to set your goals accordingly. Don’t pressure yourself to grow some gold medal out of this world bud if you are struggling to keep plants alive. Worry about growing as a gardener and learning important lessons and still have fun. Don’t over pressure yourself!

New post is here

But I left the second seedling in the tent to see what is going on.
Well, the thing is, I see roots coming outside from the button of the pot, from the holes.
So how can it be that the roots are chocked with over watering and still there are healthy and getting our of the holes, why the plant is not moving at all more than 2 weeks and looks very bad?
Here are some photos - the see was put in soil on the 15 to February, its almost one month old.

This is strange! Can someone explain this please?

My guess would be the root got damaged during transplant, and/or stunted growth from something. Maybe the heat mat was too much for it. I just went back and looked...it looks like it started getting bad before the transplant though.

What soil are you using again? And just water so far, correct?

Yep , this thing is I don't get how the root are getting bigger and getting out of the bottom holes while it is the main issue...

Few days more and I will get it out of the pot to see the roots sitsuation. Just for learning, this baby will not make it.

Simple soil from the hydro shop, added some perlite, tap water (8.5 ph), just that, yes
