If Manafort was only guilty of tax evasion, why'd he plead guilty to conspiracy against the United States and conspiring to obstruct justice?

Seems like there might be some there there to me. Isn't he looking at even more charges in the SDNY? Already going to be incarcerated for another 80 plus months.

i know this is a weed website, but you are motherfucking high if you believe one word of that....if there was no underlying crime that warranted investigation, why are there more than 30 people either convicted or still under indictment? do NOT project backwards, and do NOT assume that Mueller's report "clears" trump... and start thinking what's going to happen with all the civil and federal investigations when trump isn't in office and has no stupid "traditionally we don't indict sitting presidents, no matter what foul fucks they are" rule to protect him...which is what i've been waiting for all along. i doubted anything would come of the report to begin with, and if it did, it would have taken even longer.

as i understand it, the report says that they couldn't quite nail trumps fat greasy orange ass to the wall...not that he was exonerated of anything except outright collusion...it in no way says trump is "innocent" of anything except being tied to the shit his employs were doing...and he has no fucking idea why they'd be doing anything shady....
i look at the available information, and i see that trump is still guilty as fuck, and still an evil low life piece of shit, and that he should still be kicked out of washington so hard his orange ass pops...while republicans apparently see some scenario that "finally" brings justice down on Hillary...let's just wait and see which of those scenarios comes closest to what actually happens....

He said there was plenty of evidence, just not enough to convict or in his words, "establish". Regarding obstruction, he said there was obstruction but left it up to Congress to decide what to do.

Its not a trivial matter to prove conspiracy with intent. It was almost certain that Mueller was going to end up without a conviction. That doesn't mean the US public shouldn't know what is in that report. The very fact it hasn't been released just confirms there is plenty of evidence of treason.
