Seed arrival after being processed at isc

Ok an update on my precious package. Ordered seeds last Saturday at 1:19 pm. Checked tracking and it tells me that my package was processed at 9:04 pm last night. My question is it was processed in Chicago ( which I heard was a bad thing), how long should it take for my mail to arrive since I'm only a few states over. I heard Chicago is Is infamous for intercepting.

Also does that tracking info means that it has already made it through customs?

U.S. snail mail usually gets it to the rocky mountain states in about a week or so after going through Chicago.
