Seed attached to stem!

Okay, newbie grower and I don't know if I should panic or not, but I jut noticed the seed is still attached to the sprout that is starting to come up out of my dixie cup. What should I do about the seed?

Its fine just allow to plant to remove it itself

just leave it alone! it'll grow, and it'll fall, mine did that...

if its still there in a couple days you can remove it yourself, i normally give mine a little help, just be careful. If it doesnt pull off easily then dont mess with it.
