Seed Bank Estimated Weight?

When reviewing some strains at the seed banks they describe "up to 500gr per indoor plant" or "150(g/m2)"
What does this mean? Isn't dried, fresh cut, scrog, or the max possible if under perfect conditions?

Most strains I review are around 130-160gr per indoor plant, but a couple are up to 500gr! Is possible with an average set up?

Normally means pr square meter Sea of green.

Cram in as many in good conditions,

Auto's have a per plant yield.

What is a modest harvest in average conditions?

depends on what you consider "average" conditions...if using a 600watt light over each plant, using a good hydroponics system, and vegged for 2-3 months, you can obtain a pound per plant :)

HA.HA. Not quite! 400w HPS in a 4'x5'x8' room in soil. One light over two girls...

Vegged for about 45 days under CFL's.

yah veg the crap out of them and put them in at least 5 gallon containers and give them 6 / 8 weeks of veg time, in that space you could grow two nonsters, hehe...
but yah, yield is up to a lot of things, i think strain is probably number one ime.. some strains, say a kush, is just not going to yield like say a big bud... for what ever genetic reasons, kushe's just don't like to put out very much, and other strains, big bud again, is known for huge yields, but the down side is not such great smoke, not very potent, etc.. it's all a trade off...
some people look for mostly yield.. this tend to be your cash croppers, than others don't care much for yield as say potency or flavor, or medicinal properties, etc..
but typically, long veg time, big pots and you'll get a bigger yield, any strain..vs say a 12 / 12 from seed or even a 2 week veg time, and one gallon containers..

I know it's hard to make a projection especially through a photo but at the very least what do you think my 2 girls posted above will pull?
This is my first grow in about two years, so my judgement is way off.

it's still a bit early, hard to tell in how much they're going to fill in, but you should get at least a zip per easily.... did you perform lst on them at all. or top them??

Plant 1 has a little LST, it was my first attempt.
Plant 2 I attempted to FIM and I don't think it worked out that well, although after trying to FIM the side growth grew more but the main cola seemed to keep growing. I don't know if I wasted a week of growth or it helped the side growth.

well, fucking up a fim is pretty much impossible, as fim stand for fuck i missed, and was called so because someone trying to top their plants missed the whole top, and left some of the meristem behind, hence a fim, so long as you didn't completely take off the top growing tip, but took some of it off, you fim'ed it, lol, if you took the whole thing off, you topped it..
i think some strains take to fim'ing and topping better, but i'll probably get beat down for that opinion.. but to me, some strains only tend to grow that one top cola, with not much side branching at all.. if you read breeder descriptions and it says good strain for sog, this is what it mean.. so if you go and cut off that main top, i think you basically screwed yourself.. yah, now the lower buds will grow, but you just lost that one big top, and nothing below is going to get that big imo.. but anyhoo's..
lsting to me is the better option as the lower buds till get all of the same auxins that they get when one tops but you're also leaving all of the tops, not taking away any buds that maybe dominant..

i'd say in about 6 weeks or so, depending on the strains, is when you should get a pretty good idea of yield as all of the buds are pretty set at this age, they're still going to fill in more obviously, but you can get a better idea at this time... so i'd give them a few more weeks or so and post another pix so we can get a better idea...
