Seed banks ship to canada, quality genetics?

I'm in the central U.S. and marijuana-seeds.nl shipped to me. They came in a birthday card, inside of a corrugated plastic cut out. They've been in business since '99. I got my seeds 16 days after ordering. I started 2 last night, caramelicious and purple hulk. I only started one a piece cause I don't want to have to sacrifice any and I only have a small tent.
