I'm pretty sure they have to show you a warrant to enter your house.

Check your damn laws. In the few state laws I've checked <4= plants is a misdemeanor and 5< is cultivation. Maybe you shouldn't grow again sir

neem oil can be bought at a hydro shop or on line. u dont have to use neem there are other pesticides available. but dont buy the stuff till u actually need it. sorry u had a bad experience on ur first grow. it does happen. it even happened to me. plus rep for getting back into the game

any lawyer would have got u off completely man what u use a Public "Pretender" (remember they cash county checks as with the prosecutors too).....here are the things that u did wrong....first u answered the door...(u dont have to answer the door for anyone, its ur right)....secondly, they would need a warrant to search ur house and by them placing u in handcuffs and searching w/o a warrant and just ur refusal of a search violates your first and fourth amendment rights, and my lord what a sentence for such a petty crime.....I would have got u off on illegal search and seizure and possibly a suit against the police dept for harrassment (depending on the original complaint) and misuse of force.....u should have lawyered up bro, u just did 6 months and now a tainted background for no reason
