like the title says i germinated this seed until the casing cracked just to experiment, then i put it in soil. I do check it occasionally not with my hands though. its still open and no taproot has emerged. I realize i didnt fully germinate the seed and that its only been two days since i soiled it. Is it possible that it will still grow in the soil? strange question i know.

Thanks in advance

yeah man you don't even have to germ your seeds it is more of a so you know at least something is starting kind of thing. Once you get it in soil though don't dick around with it you'll do more harm than good fishing arounds for a seed and then re planting it.

give it like 2 or three weeks in a warm moist place with light for the leaves to know where to grow. Don't worry if you don't see anything in a week I know that one of my best plants took about 2 weeks after i germed in a paper towel till it sprouted

bout half inch to an inch and its been about 2-3 days under a few cfls

Then it's dead. Don't waste any more time on it.

I mostly clone, but when I do start new seed I use the wet paper towel method and then when it cracks and the taproot is just visible I drop it(tap root down) into the centerhole on a rockwool cube and put it in veg. In EVERY case, the seed either sprouted within 24 hours, or it died. I've had seeds die in a rockwool cube twice now.

Did they ALL crack and then not show a taproot? Seems strange.

Remember, you CANOT TOUCH THE TAPROOT WHEN TRANSPLANTING!
