Seed-City Honest Review from Longtime Lurker.

Hi there, lurker for years (registerd years ago ) just want to give my review of seed-city, usually i always used attitude for like 4 years or so, atittude seeds are were perfect for me,

But this last time i was looking to purchase with larger quantitys of the same seed (i didnt care so much for the freebies attitude gave for 0,00 £30 £60 etc..)

So i looked all over till i came across seed-city They had the strain i wanted Big Buddah Blue cheese auto, with quantitiys up to 100 seeds , I also saw these seeds were On offer , (The offer had actually expired just the website still showed it) So everytime i tried to order them my Cart Showed the Correct price (Without the offer) So i contacted them to see if it was still possible to get the offer as thats what there site showed Naturally they Amended there site + offerd me the discount)

So i purchased 50 Bluecheese big Buddah automatic , + 28 Automazar (these were on offer too.... :D)


My total discount at the end of the order was £85.46 (That didn't factor in the discount jumps once you reach 25 seeds or 50 seeds or 100 of the same type) (or the free delivery) so really i saved £100+ easily over if i had made the same order with attitude.

Don't get me wrong attitude are great i received 100% my orders from them always quick always what i asked for), but if you are looking to buy a larger quantity of high quality beans There just is 0 comparison, I have did every order for 4 years with attitude, but this time i wanted to save money while focusing on just 2 strains in a larger quantity) i must say it was nice to have a choice over the freebies you get also

I was allowed to choose 8 seeds, from a list of like 12 or something
there was a choice between 2x Regular seeds or 1x Feminized, Some of the freebies were AUTOMATIC (which is what i prefer) but there was plenty of fem strains that wernt automatic.

So of these seed all 78 germinated and all 8 of the Barneys farm germinated ( , they were dutch passion + big buddah + barneys farm ORGINAL packs.)

My next order will be 10 Dinafem Cheese automatic or something like this, (which appear cheaper) i would have purchased these at attitude if they wern't more expensive + factor postage

Altho i haven't made my mind up fully yet.

How is the stealth? What country is their point of origin? Do they accept pay pal?
Awesome germ rates, they must be fresh seeds since they move them in bulk. Usually 80% is acceptable.
I grow indoors and cant run big numbers but I like the option with the freebies. I still have several un-used from SOS and Attitude. Being able to choose at least gives you something you are more likely to try. Sometimes I'll run a couple freebies to fill in a gap here and there in my perpetual.

they are based in the UK , i just deposited my funds to there bank account with the details provided) ( Stealth was just a Brown package like a cushioned envelope

They had a extra Stealth Option but i didn't require that, (it was also free if i recall for the extra stealth)

The free delivery was to the UK (Which is where i am...)

I have 0 idea if they accept PAYPAL i Didn't see it when i tried, i just recall that i SAVED more money if i did a deposit via BANK TRANSFER , was like 5% off thought it was very weird, yet very wonderful :D as 5% off to go to a local bank was great

I'll make sure i mention to them that someone enquired to pay via paypal (Altho id be suprised if they didn't accept paypal as its well universal) haha

Edit was : that i realised it was 5% i saved from a bank transfer .. Possibly cuz paypal charges altho i have 0 idea of there other payment methods)

Seed City were great! I ordered from them once and the product came very stealth and quick! Payment was nice and quick, plus they were able to replace me an item that they did not have stock at that time with something a lot better! Very nice seed bank. Communication was great as well! Email them and ask them regarding shipping to the US.

I can't speculate if they ship to the USA if i were you i would just email them + find out,

UPDATE: i did order 11 dinafem cheese automatic, + 1 Critical cheese automatic, i got 2 freebies of BLUE MAMMOTH AUTOMATIC, and to top it off there was a little yellow posit that said "keep the free cheese auto" to which i did :) so got 3 free seeds, with my order. 2 of which i picked myself + 1 like what i purchased,

Very happy customer.

For anyone thinking of ordering i got a little card that said "for 10% discount use the code ARBOROUS" so yea id guess thats public knowledge if they gave it to me,
If you guys want to know anything just ask, i have made just 2 orders so far for a total of 78 + 12 seeds, recived a total of 11 free, (of which i picked)
i'm not really sure if they do a price match, i know if attitude match your price you lose out on your freebies or discounts or whatever (or so thats what i read) I'm curious if this company adopts the same policy,
