I had the same exact thing happen. I ended up letting them both get a bit established, one of them totally DOMINATED the other one, which was a runt. They maybe had 2-3 sets of true leaves and the little one was very tiny, and I "plucked" it out of the moist soil and a little white root came with it. I then put it in a moist rapid rooter and acted as if I was cloning it for a couple days. It is now about 8-12" tall, healthy but definitely stunted, but still survived the ordeal

I suspect it’ll grow as two plants, apical dominance will be the same until topped.

But, who knows, this will be fun.

Morning everyone! Here's an updated picture of the two headed beast. The taller side is now officially more than 2x the height of the small one. It's not looking good for the runt.

Hey guys, figured I'd post a quick update here.

The twins are alive and well. Big sister is growing like a madman after being topped, side-branching like a mofo.

The little one is still alive and I would say thriving. It's still tiny compared to the big girl at 10" tall but zero signs of deficiency. I didn't top her either because I figure any side branches are gunna be miniature anyway, might as well have it focus all its energy on the single cola.
