I had to use a light for warmth also, and this is what worked for me. The light basically kills all humidity, which is bad, since humidity helps the seed sprout. All i had to do was water the top a little, take a piece of clear wrap (cryan wrap or however you spell it) and put it over the top tightly with a rubber band, Then poke holes in the top with something small and sharp. This allows heat and humidity to build up and the holes allow air to flow. Do this and you'll probably see them break soil tomorrow.
