I had it in soil it didn't change then i put it in paper towel 3 days no change now back in water. Not sure what to do next

After examining the seed it has a hole in it so i just put it in soil lol

lol you should maybe think about moving on?
Get some new seeds, put them in paper towel or directly into soil/cubes and DON'T TOUCH THEM!!!
Either they will sprout or they won't, but moving them around from paper towel to soil and poking them looking at them none of these things will help.

Trust me that's what I did I already sprouted two more seeds because those two never sprouted and its been 6 days

Iv had that twice they germinated sprouted and potted they disnt come out. Found out the top of my internet router was to hot for them, bought a heat map never had that issue. First time no sprout on paper towel. Think it was how i stored the seeds im my cupboard in original plastic packaging.

I think the problem was storage with my seeds, i had seeds for 9 months now in original plastic bag in bubble wrap envelope in my kitchen cupboard. All of them dont germinate, my new ones are germinating
