Seed planting question

Hey all, so Im not that much of a newbie, I just had a bad experience getting my last batch of seeds going(Barneys Tangerine Dream)and I dont think it was so much my fault, however I have been trying to be super careful and precise on this batch since Im on a bit of a time limit and am working with some singles I ordered, 2 Afghan Kush from WOS, 1 Pinaple express from g13 and 1 LA confidential from DNA.
So I got em in and threw em in some in some drinking water to soak over night, booyah, all 4 showed some tap root by the morning after 16-17 hours soaking, good start, so then I put them in a paper while I went to work and by the time I got home they all had nice tiny little tails, it had been 24 hours all together at that point.
So I had some plugs I got from my local hydro store, they are called Readygro Super Plugs, I put the seeds in tap down, well to the best I coul, they were still small taps, and then I tore of little bits of the plugs to fill and cover the holes.
Now today after say 48 hours I decided to replace the bits of plug that I used to fill the holes with some peat from a jiffy pellet because I thaught it might be a little tough for the seedling to break through that spongy plug stuff.
Well, when I picked out the bits of plug in the holes what I saw on every one was the tap growing up towards the top, not down! What the fuck, I must have planted the seed too early or something. The seed shell was underneath the root growing up!!!
Now, I didnt want to fuck with it and fuck things up more so I just covered them back up, but with some peat from a jiffy.
So my question is(and sorry for the extremely detailed experience), Are these gonna be ok, fix themselves, or do they need some sort of intervention?
Any one use the Readygro Super Plugs?
Anyways would love some input, plus rep for some help thx guys!!!!!!!!

you should have planted with root pointed up as the seed naturally grows in a loop, it might reorient itself if was deep enough.
