seed pops above soil

hi, so im a new grower and i have 2 nice seedlings of fem white widow going and i got some blue mystic seeds, i planted half of my blue mystic seeds and two and a half days after i had STARTED germinating them 4/5 of them have sprouted above the soil with their first leaves. but that last one. she popped above the soil, but its just a seed on a long root above the soil. i tried to dig her out and re-plant her deeper, but as soon as i dug down and saw she was firmly rooted in the soil i stopped, trying not to harm her as much as possible. however the seed was still above the soil so i topped off all of my pots with soil so the other seedlings are buried up to their leaves but i completely buried the one that has the seed popping out. did i take the right course of action? is there anything else i should do?

also no pics because my camera and my light do not get along.
Edit: added a comma for context

aah ok, i read somewhere that after the plants have sprouted above the soils its wise to either mole hill the soil up to their first leaves the first day or add soil until its at that point. so i just continued with the seed one, its literally only being covered by enough soil to block most of the light. (i heard somewhere light is bad for any roots or the seeds)

Just leave it you might have stunted it but let it alone for like a week. Sometimes the seed gets stuck on top but if u can see the seedling trying to escape u can carefully remove it with a tweezer if needed
