Seed Problem!! PLease help!!

So i put my seeds in rapid rooters under a humidty dome. One of my seeds has a root thats growing upwards out of the rapid rooter with the seed casing below it. How do i make the root grown back down into the rapid rooter?

carefully open up the plug and reposition it. use tweezers and just be careful

Put it in soil, hydro, or whatever your using to grow. they are ready.

Read his post again, he said the bean just cracked an is pushing the root up.

how should i reposition it....Root down?
