This site seems to be going though a period of rapid membership growth and these questions are being asked frequently. I will happily delete all messages I have posted that could be seeing as antagonistic/loophole mining on the subject

Sometimes it's just easier to give the link that is all inclusive. I didn't mean to blow you off. I hope that helps. Anyway I put this here for anyone else who may have gotten the link from me in response to that and wondered.

Hold no animosity towards it. We understand you got a lot of work to do here and don't have time for repeated indepth legal conversations
