seedling don't grow! help

Hi,

im trying to grow an auto blueberry, the seed germinated about 7 to 8 days ago. I put it in a pot under 4 X 20w cfl lamps 24h a day. The soil is half plain soil and half biobizz soil mix (as i didn't want to put it in a soil that is too rich in nutrients) and room temp: 23 degrees. nothing is happening. does not evolve or grow what so ever. the head is not even opened the first round leaves are closed and the stem bendy not straight. Is there anything i can do to help it do its thing? thanks

No not really much you can do. I had the same problem with my kush. Did it get cold during germination? But with my kush plant last grow it was like that for a week and a half. Then it just basically shot up 3 weeks in. It caught up and got much bigger then the rest. I though it went hermie or something but no it was female.
