This seedling hasn’t grown in 1 week since I transplanted just straightened up. I tried to add humidity dome which it didn’t like at all and I pried the leaves open when it popped up last Friday and today I did it again and it closed back up. What’s going on ?

Your root is most likely establishing itself. If you've planted in too large of a container it can take a little while for some action. Too much love can be a bad thing with water and fertilizer, especially with a newly emerged seedling. Root pathogens thrive in wet conditions.

Next time, start in a small pot, like a 16oz solo cup (cut holes in the bottom).. and don't saturate it. Feed it a little at first, and yes, it will pop open, and then you'll find a "rooting" period. Add a little more feed/water as you go along. Soon, you'll find that it will get root bound in the solo cup within a week or 2, then transplant into a bigger pot, and then do the same thing, feed/water around the base until it establishes roots, then you can increase your water/feed circle bigger and bigger as she goes along. Once she's in a 3 or 5 or 7 gallon pot and fully rooted, you really can't over water it (in one feeding)... I feed mine in 7 gallons once rooted good till it's gushing feed out the bottom... but you can't do that with a seedling.. baby steps.

It’s a 50/50 mix coco soil and I watered it every other day but only cause it was dried out
if the soil is dried out the seedling will not grow, they just stay like that. You may have bone dry soil underneath the surface. You may be watering, but it may be hydrophobic and not absorbing the water where the root is
