Seedling Hasnt Sprouted Help Needed

Hey Riu. this is my first grow
its the second day that the germinated seeds have been under about 70 watt cfl
im using light warrior nothing else added. yesterday i watered my plant like 3 times and today i havent watered it because the soil is still a little moist from yesterday , is that normal?
I put pictures showing how far i have the seedling from the lights and the soil
I have been watering with distilled water in a sprayer

It can take a few days for a germanated seed to pop up - It can be longer if it was buried deeper. It should be in an area at least 75 degrees. Stop watering it for a few days.

Tap water that has sat for a couple days to get the clorine out is usually good water. You may have a high ph level, but tap water is usually close enough to get things going...

You have plenty of light for now!

Did you get the seed to sprout before you planted it? If not may not gerninate in the soil if it is too wet.

I left the seed in a zip lock with a paper towel in it for like 30 hours and the little root was out then i put it in the little pot with the soil and watered it with distilled water but i didnt ph the water. should i start using tap water?

Distilled water is okay for your plants. Your own tap water may be too hard or soft to be considered good for your plants. I live in the mountains and get good spring water so I just let it set for 2 days to burn off the chlorine. Good luck!

Warmth and light moisture. They don't need light until the pop. They they need very little in the first few days. I never understood the paper towel thing. I always just put em in rapid rooter plugs. Good luck.
