Seedling issues

Hey guys, need some help and advice. I've got a sweet tooth seedling that is starting to have some issues. It is in promix soil in a small clay pot. It is now 13 days old. Set up under a t5 and propagation dome. RH started around 75% but with the thought of over watering it is now around 50%. One leaf is drooping and has darkened. Another has also darkened a bit. The rest are yellowing around the edges. Over watering may be the issue. There looks to be a ring of mildew around the pot also. No nutrients have given and have been using bottled water. Here are a couple pics.

Also this plant is quite odd. Seems to have split right at the seed leaves. The one side grew out a lot more. The taller side also seems to have 3 leaves.

strange. could want some minerals that its not getting in the bottled water? just a guess, and the wierd growth just looks like a genetic abnormality which it should grow out of.

It's definitely genetic. I've started a few retarded seeds myself. I had 2 Grandaddy Purple seeds once sprout with only the 2 cotyledon, no serrated leaves at all. They stayed that way until about a month later when a fat shoot shot out from between the two cotyledon. They turned out relatively normal -- it was bizarre. The seedling looks beautiful though -- nothing wrong with it that you can control.

Give it a couple weeks and re post pics and I guarantee you she will be on track and growing normally. Seen this in multiple seedlings before. Unless however, you screw something up with the watering and nute regimen between here and there. Unwine99 is possibly right about the genetic trait, have seen this trait in random strains before, sometimes the strain isn't stable, sometimes thats just the way her genes are designed. But, most of the time its sort of like they make a slow undeveloped/mutated arise from the soil and BOOM two weeks later she is out vegging everything else in the room!

I got a bag from a guy about 3 years ago and it was some killer smoke, some of the best I have ever had. It was a local strain about 30 miles from here and it had a few seeds in it and in the bottom of the bag. They grew like this, even approaching flower throughout there entire lives had retard leaves but man when it started flowering it went from a lanky cactus looking thing to pulling me over a 18 ounces in a location that didn't even receive direct sunlight all day. Was a cross of blueberry and something else I cant quiet recall so he says. Still have seeds left over and till this day is one of my fav smokes. Good luck!

Thanks for all the replies. The concern was not originally with the mutation. The single droopy leaf with discolouration and slowly spreading to another seems to be the issue. Looked to be getting worse this morning. Ill post up a couple more pics today showing the leaf with more definition.

I would lose the dome and get a fan blowing some air around them. Domes are for clones, not seedlings.

Thanks @Bugeye. In doing this the RH will drop considerably to anywhere from 25% to 35%. Will this be okay?
You can add a humidifier to bring it back up but it isn't urgent. Your plant will benefit from air movement and have significantly less risk of dying from damping off.

Here's a little update. I removed the seedlings from the dome and placed a small fan blowing air indirectly onto them. Temps are 76.1 and RH is down to 24. I'm going to try to figure out how to raise up the humidity a little bit. Here's a few pics. Last one shows the mutation pretty well

I'm still concerned about the drooping miscoloured leaf but hopefully this change helps

Here's another little photo update. Sweet tooth on the right was germinated and put in soil a 2 weeks ahead of the rest. Really hoping removing them from the dome and getting some air circulation helps the sweet tooth out.
