Seedling leaf bend and yellowing

My plants are two weeks old and beginning to develop some wilting and yellowing. I have 2 150W cfls and 2 100W cfls on them for 16 hours a day. I have them attached to a watering mat that waters them continuously.

Could the cause of my problems be related to too much water? Too much light?

I was planning on transplanting the pictured seedlings to a larger container soon.

Any feedback and advice would be appreciated.

Did you keep them covered with that cup? If so, that's the reason why. Too much humidity for too long.

imo those plants probably have a pretty robust root system built by now. i don't think you want the roots wet continually. and i would transplant them into bigger pots so they can continue to grow.

I am starting some new seeds right next to them, and I made that into a makeshift humidity tent. The other plants are only getting 40-50% humidity.
