seedling leaf browning coco

Hey guys im looking for some of your expertise with a seedling problem my friend has. He has 5 plants 14 days from seed in coco mixed with 15% perlite, 1 litre pots under a 125 cfl. The grow is currently in a cupboard with door slightly open, steady temps of 70 degrees although sometimes when its cold its 65. His humidity tester is a bit fussy and usually shows 0 or 50 so no idea what its at, although today it said 53 after a water yesterdayWeek 1 was watered with distilled water with a slighty high ph as he only got a ph pen yesterday. He only watered twice because it was really wet. Week 2 was watered with monkey juice mixed with distilled water and ph'd down to 5.7. My guess was his ph is too high and he has a nute lockout causing a def of some sort but its only a guess. 4 plants are really healthy and thriving but this one is slightly droopy as of the last 24 hours and getting brown areas on leaves. It looks yellowy on the pics too but i didnt see that when i took the pics so it might just be the light. I'd really appreciate some advice before i flush. The original leaves were drooping down when the true leaves came out (true leaves looking healthy though) so he let it dry out a bit more than normal before he fed again last week. Would you feed daily with a run off or every couple of days with coco?

Heres some pics. The setup looks dark but its just a dodgy photo. He moved the plant away from the light a little today incase it was burning, its on the left

it's in coco though it doesnt have nutrients in it like soil, thats why he started at 1/4 strength. I heard seeds are ok for 7 days but after that they will need some sort of food?

Everything seems to be in order other than the fact that he fed the plant, which leaves me to believe the only issue is nute burn. I would suggest not feeding the plant until it gets a few more leafs.

yes sir , keep your ph right and feed at @1/4 strength. Cant overwater in coco , but you can definetly underwater and as the coco drys the ph is going to climb. I started using it this last grow and I water everyday , from everything I have read your supposed to treat it like hydro in a way since your going to lose alot of oxygen around the roots faster than soil. Definetly no dry spots when you water and 5-10% run off would be safe , I use ebb and flow so it recirculates the same water but it drowns them everyday for 15 minutes .
