Seedling leaf damage

Got these little girls 2 weeks ago from a friend's who started from seed and I've been growing outdoors in a 5gallon pot 2-1 gallons 1-2gal bucket and a one gallon water bottle. They were in Dixie cups until two days ago when I transplanted. Some concerning white spots appeared about the diameter of a medium sized tooth of a comb(much larger then spider mite bites). I noticed them when they were on their 2 set of nodes (well before the transplant) now they are at about node 3/4.Then I noticed these leaves on the very bottom of one of the larger girls, yellow and kinda droopy. I fed them water enriched slightly with earth worm castings when they were in the little cups and now MG all purpose diluted 1/4 rememendation. They wern't at all root bound when I transplanted in fact I could of let them go another 4-5 days later. I've also been using a homemade grasshopper repellent consisting of garlic onion and ground red pepper near and on my grow table. I foliage treated them with a solution of 1/4 iso alcohol to water for fear that these spots were a sign of spider mites due to further investigation I've pretty well ruled out this idea. I cannot measure ph at the moment but a meter should be arriving in the next two days. My soil mix is one bag of Earthgro potting soil 4-5 cups pearlite 4-5 cups earthworm castings and 3-4 cups of peat humus plus the addition of a very miniscule amount of blood meal added to the soil after the transplant due to concerns for root burn. I have no clue what's up and the spots are on the lower sections of the little girls please help.

How about a picture of the seedling not the leaves. Looks like a combination of that homemade concoction you sprayed on it so young, and the MG all purpose, what's the NPK? You already amended a soil you didn't need to add nutes so early. It's probably burning up.
