Seedling Leaf Question

Hey guys, I have started a batch of seedlings and they are on week 7 or so and one of them has rounded leafs.. I am wondering if this is a genetic mess up and if I should toss her or keep her?

I don't really have the heart to throw her away but I might just throw her out into the cold winter.

probably genetic, might grow out of it. still technically a good plant, i'd def. keep it....peace
