Don't you worry! It's most probably overwatering like #2 said. The leaves are curling down like every plant I have ever overwatered : P doesn't mean you should water the seedlings less frequently, you can stay on the same schedule because you want the soil to stay moist (u probably know that), just water a little less. Cuz you don't want the roots to get dried out :) good luck with your seedlings!

If you wonder how I try to do my best I always spray the soil first to distribute the surface - this is to make sure the water doesn't go into a corner of the cup and just run-off immediately. At the beginning I always got an early run off because I let the soil dry too much. So maybe this advice would help.

It also don't matter to me if I water 1-2 times a day at the very beginning (first 2-3 weeks) because the roots are not strong enough and I have been advised to keep the soil moist. At the beginning of the third week/the end of the second the roots have established and they will be strong enough if you let the soil dry out. You want the soil to dry out at this point, because you want a nice root system (helps picking up nutrients and water much better). What happens is the roots do not have any water and they tend to seek for more by stretching out as much as they can.
Someone once said - Don't water the plant when it wants water, you water it when it needs water.

Here's my b.s. I like sunshine mix 4 for seeds and seedlings at least 2 weeks then ffof. Ya you water when NEEDED this is likely once a week at this stage at least 4 days plz get you a watering meter then you can feed first week watering 300 ppms of sensi gro is what I go with sunshine mix is cheaper too but you have buy a big bag but it last a few years for me if they're rootbound I'll but in 1 gallon pots still in the sunshine mix but it a lot cheaper..

Sometimes the plant gets enough water without runoff
Feel the weight of the cup. If it feels heavy with water even with no runoff, then its probably good

Is that water you have on the leaves?

I don't think that's a good idea with the plants under the lights bud, it can cause the leaves to burn, so I am told.

Never seen that hound dog look in ones so young before, so like others have said cut back on the water a bit.
