Seedling leave curl down in DWC

I’m not new to growing in hydro by any means, but I am new to DWC. I took a break for 5 year afters having numerous very successful grows using Ebb and Flow in a 10’x 10’ tent I decided to start experimenting again, this time with small cabinet DWC grow.

Not usually one to ask for help as I like to figure things out for myself-that’s how I learn. But I’m completely stumped on this. I’m having a problem with leaves curling down and I cant find the fix. They’re not drooping at all, just curling down Really hoping someone can offer some advice to help me correct this issue.

Here are the details:

Strain: Delicious Seeds Sugar Black Rose-weeks from germination.
Small 2 gallon DWC
15”x 18” x 30” cabinet
130W LED grow light at 15” above plant top
Res temps 68F-71F
Ambient temps 68-72F (Lights off) and 74-78F (Lights on)
RO water with 100ppm CalMag and 275ppm GH Lucas Formula
PH steady at 5.8
Two air stones and two air aquarium air pumps giving me lots of bubble action
The roots look good...nice and white with several of them reaching down into the nutrient solution.
Currently have a 1.5” inch air gap between the 3” net pot and water level.
Air flow/exchange is good, 280CFM extraction fan and a small desk fan providing some active air movement,

Unfortunately, I killed 3 seedlings due to overwatering and having my light panel set at 30%, which was way too low. Figured that out with this little one when I accidentally set the light to 50% and the plant perked up for a few days...then the curling down came back. All new growth is curling down. I tried increasing light intentity to 80% but leave curl got worse. The burned tips on the lower leaves are from the damage done when the light was set too low and i hadn't added any nutes yet.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

RH is likely a little low. Usually between 30 and 35%

The lower tip burned look is from the low light issue. Now that i look closer. I guess I do see the slight burn on the new growth. I could try lowing the nute strength and see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply.
