Seedling leaves curling slightly

Hi all, I was hoping someone might be able to assist in my first indoor grow. To give some background I’m growing under a spider farmer sf2000, planted in Biobizz light mix. 10 days since planting and 7 days since sprouting. The issue is that the leaves look to be curling slightly by the stems and looks to be quite pale green. I’m not entirely sure why this issue is but I suspect it’s due to light. I have my light at 30 inches above the plants which is the manufacturers recommendation for seedling stage.

I don’t suspect PH is an issue as I have used the Biobizz light mix and PHd the water when feeding. I have used some root juice as well at about only 1/4 strength as was worried to burn the young plants. Was it a mistake to start with nutrients this early? Temps are about 25 Celsius (77F) during the day and drops to about 21c (70F) at night with humidity at about 60/70%.

Also not sure if I might have been overwatering, I have watered twice since sprouting (both times with root juice) until receiving some run off.

I have three seedlings in total. Worst affected seems to be the green tag (Stardawg), not sure if the slight curl is evident but also some small white/yellow blemishes on the leaves. The others don’t have any spots but also curling slightly.

I have now raised my light to about 32.5 inches as suspect this was the issue but might I have another problem all together?

when you say the leaves are curling so you mean the cotyledons (very first set of leaves that are roundish)?if so I find they have a bit of curl naturally ,but last week my seedlings had some bad curl to them and I'm pretty sure it was from letting them get too dry as I'm not used to the environment on my new room .they have since gone back to normal. I see yours do have some curl and it's possible it's moisture stress,but unlike mine I would guess yourself is from being a little to wet by the look of you medium.it is just a guess though ,and if you get any advice from these knowledgeable fellas here just ignore what i said lol

Wow thanks for the speedy response! I’m not too concerned about the cotyledons, but on the first set of actual leaves they seem to be curling and pale green toward the stem of the plant but no issues on the tips of the leaves. Not a major concern at this point but worried it turns into a bigger issue so if I’m doing something wrong I can change it early on.
If it’s the moisture stress could that also be from having it too humid as well as overwatering. Not sure how accurate my hygrometer is and changes depending on how close to the humidifier it is. When watering would I be better off reducing how much they get each time I water or just water less often?

They look totally fine. You probably don’t need to be watering to run off at this stage. When the top gets dry you can wet it up a bit to get water to the root up high but there is plenty of water down deep in the pot. You want the root to go searching for it. Go very easy on the fertilizer. The lighter color toward the center is normal when the plant is growing fast. It takes some time to green up. they should really start to take off soon. You’ll be surprised in a week.
